Why I'm applying and what I bring
Dear hiring team,
My name is Soufiane DERGOUN. I am 27, based in Aït Melloul, Morocco, and I am actively looking for a full-time role in digital marketing. This is not a casual search: I am passionate about this field and I want to join a team where research, analytics, and execution matter every week, not only when a campaign goes live.
Marketing genuinely excites me. I love the moment when research turns into a clear angle, when a headline finally clicks, or when a test proves you were wrong and shows you what to try next. That curiosity is what pushed me through my Master's, ten certifications, and building Nullstep on my own, often late at night, because I wanted to see the idea become real.
I studied economics and management (DEUG) at Université Ibn Zohr, then earned a Bachelor's and a Master's in Digital Marketing at Universiapolis in Agadir. Both programs were taught entirely in French, with a PFE (Projet d'Application) that closes the Master's through a written research and strategy dossier.
What drives me is turning uncertainty into a plan people can trust. Before spending budget, I want to know who the audience is, what they compare you against, and which message earns attention. I use Google Analytics, campaign reports, competitor reviews, and structured research, then translate the answers into landing pages, ad sets, content, and tests that can be measured honestly.
My internships at Ecowatt Maroc and Ajicod Agency grounded that mindset in real markets: solar B2C and UX at Ecowatt; market research, planning, and commercial video concepts for SMB clients at Ajicod. Each project reminded me why I care: marketing works when it respects the customer and the numbers at the same time.
Alongside my studies, I built Nullstep on my own: a live application to practice UX/UI, SEO, GEO, vibe coding, analytics, Meta & Google Ads testing, and content creation. It is a personal project, separate from my PFE dossier.
I am based in Morocco today and open to remote or on-site work. French is my working language from university, and I am open to relocating for the right on-site role. If your team values passion, clear reporting, and someone who will learn your stack quickly, I would be glad to talk.

Role fit
What I'm looking for
I am targeting a full-time role, remote or on-site, where analytics, SEO, and creative-technical work are part of the day-to-day. Ideal environments include:
- SEO, analytics, or data-driven marketing roles with clear KPIs
- Teams that use research and reporting to decide, not just to decorate slides
- Remote-first or on-site teams in France, Europe, and beyond
- Agencies, SaaS, e-commerce, and in-house teams hiring marketers who blend analytics, SEO, and creative-technical execution
- Room to grow in search, analytics, GEO, and conversion-focused content
- A culture that rewards testing, documentation, and honest post-mortems
Thank you for reading. I put real energy into every project I touch, and I would love to bring that same drive to your team. I would be glad to walk through my case studies, share how I approach a brief, or discuss how I can support your next launch. You can reach me by email or LinkedIn, and I typically reply within 24 to 48 hours.
