Why I'm applying and what I bring
Dear hiring team,
My name is Soufiane DERGOUN. I am 27, based in Aït Melloul, Morocco, and I am actively looking for a full-time role in digital marketing. I am not browsing casually: I want to join a team where research, analytics, and execution matter every week, not only during campaign launches.
I studied economics and commercial management at Université Ibn Zohr, then earned a Licence and a Master's in Digital Marketing at Universiapolis in Agadir. I am now completing an online MBA at Augment.org while building the Nullstep project, a live product that combines marketing strategy, UX, and AI-assisted execution. That mix taught me to think like a marketer and ship like a builder.
What motivates me is turning uncertainty into a plan. Before spending budget, I want to know who the audience is, what they compare you against, and which message earns attention. I use Google Analytics, campaign reports, competitor reviews, and structured research to answer those questions. Then I translate the answers into landing pages, ad sets, content, and tests that can be measured honestly.
My internships at Ecowatt Maroc and Ajicod Agency grounded that mindset in real Moroccan markets: solar energy B2C, SMB clients, social campaigns, content, and client websites. I learned agency rhythm, stakeholder updates, and how to keep quality when timelines are tight.
The Nullstep project is my proof that I can own a full funnel: positioning, copy, design direction, on-page SEO, and a working product experience. That is where I applied SEO in practice, building on Semrush and Google training rather than internship work. I share it because it shows initiative, accountability, and comfort with tools beyond a single channel.
I am open to relocating within Morocco or moving to France for the right team. I communicate professionally in Arabic and English, and I am improving my French for day-to-day work.
